Pipe Welding
With over 10 years in the industry, we provide complete turnkey engineering packages from design to installation. We have a range of weld procedures and all welders can be coded to the job at hand. We work predominantly with 316L and A106 pipe in a wide range of thicknesses but our engineering team can design and specify the most appropriate materials based on the application.
Pre-fab Work
We pre-fabricate components such as pipe spools, pipe skids, vessels, frames and staircases prior to intallation on-site. We work in the food, beverage and power generation industries covering improvement works and 24 hour breakdowns. Due to the nature of the industries we work in, we pre-fab as much as possible to keep shutdown times to a minimum.
Full CAD Support
As well as fabrication, we offer full design and testing support. From P&ID's to full 3D models. We can test pipework for flow rates and conduct stress analysis on any fabrications prior to approval.
